Woman Fakes Being Deaf for Nine Months to Keep Her Boyfriend [VIDEO]

A waitress in Alaska supposedly faked deafness for nine months, in order to stay in a relationship with her boyfriend.

The story is being re-enacted (and grossly over-acted!!) in the clip below, which is a promo for the new show 'My Crazy Love' which debuts tonight (10/28) on Oxygen.

So this begs the question:  What ridiculous thing have you done to keep someone in a relationship?
