The answer is really, really sweet.

Sydney Engelberg teaches at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He teaches an organizational behavior class, which has a lot of adult students. One student couldn't find a babysitter, so she was forced to bring her child to class.

When the baby started to cry, she got up and started to leave the class. The professor picked up the baby, calmed it down, and then continued on with class.

His daughter said that he's been a teacher for 45 years, and he encourages moms to bring their babies to class. She posted the picture on Facebook and said that her dad loves kids, and that it's "natural for him."
