West Michiganders Kayak, Jet Ski Through Flood Waters, Because Why Not?
Because Michiganders are badass, amirite?
The Kalamazoo River has flooded at record levels in the last week, with all of the rain and snowmelt. Luckily, officials posted yesterday that, after cresting at 11.69 feet, the water has started to recede.
But that didn't stop some badass Michiganders from busting out the jet skis and kayaks and enjoying some water sports on an unseasonably warm February Sunday.
So they went from snowmobiling to jet skiing in under a week. Because #PureMichigan. Fan-freaking-tastic.
