VP Biden Falls Asleep During Obama Budget Speech; Or Was He Praying? [VIDEO]

Vice President Joe Biden appears to be asleep for a full 30 seconds during President Obama's speech on the dept and deficit the other day. Wow, at least if your at home you can change the channel, quit embarrassing if your the Vice President and your doing the head- bob, he looks like somebody sitting at a Denny's at two in the morning, after a big night at the bar.  Check out the video after the jump.
