Doctors told Brody Allen's Family that the two-year-old may not live to see Christmas. So the boy's family -- and many of their neighbors -- decided to celebrate early by putting up Christmas decorations early.

The neighborhood went all out. And then a real-life Grinch came along and tried to ruin Christmas.

According to ABC-7, vandals have stabbed the inflatable Santas and destroyed other decorations on two separate occasions.

The Allens and their neighbors are staying positive. They have patched the inflatables and fixed the decorations because they are determined to make Brody's last few weeks special.

Brody was diagnosed with terminal cancer in August. The Ohio neighborhood plans to host a Christmas parade in his honor later today. (9/21)
