Three Michiganders Test Negative for Coronavirus
The three people who were suspected to have the virus tested negative.
Last week, we told you about two people in Washtenaw County and one in Macomb County who were suspected to have the deadly disease that originated in Wuhan, China.
After being tested, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed that none of them are sick with coronavirus; they are, however, asking healthcare providers to remain "vigilant."
Symptoms include (but are not limited to):
- lower respiratory illness
- fever
And, obviously, anybody who has traveled to Wuhan or contact with a person who has the coronavirus.
Michigan is still considered a "low-risk state" for the illness.
