This will be great for local jobs and housing...but what about the ghosts?

The Holy Family Orphanage was opened in Marquette in 1915. It mainly housed Native American children, and there were rumors of abuse by the nuns. It has been boarded up and vacant since 1981. Residents around the building say that they can hear children laughing and screaming, and several paranormal investigators have taken video in the creepy building.

Renovations started last summer - the building will now have apartments for the disabled and homeless, as well as regular tenants. It will be called "Grandview Marquette," and the goal is to create more affordable housing in the area.

That's great, but I wonder if they'll actually find people willing to live there. CREEPY.
