The Good News: Virginia Man Shares Touching Note from Starbucks Employee [VIDEO]
"Ive been learning ASL just so you can have the same experience as everyone else."
Ibby Piracha is a regular at a Starbucks in Leesburg, Virginia. He usually orders a caramel frappucino, and he types it into his phone for the cashier. Ibby is hearing impaired.
So imagine his surprise when, during one of his recent visits, the cashier asked him what he wanted to drink...in sign language. She then gave him the note. Ibby said that the note made him "happy."
There are quite a few videos going viral right now of Starbucks employees using sign language to communicate with their customers who are hard of hearing. What a lovely thing to do for somebody to make their day easier! They've got enough challenges already.
