Telescope Users Workshop Saturday at Longway Planetarium

If you own a telescope, or are thinking of getting one, here is a great opportunity to learn how to properly use different types of telescopes from Longway Planetarium Astronomer, Richard Walker.

The Telescope Workshop is Saturday, May 12th, at 9:00 am at Longway Planetarium, 1310 E. Kearsley St, Flint 48559.

You'll learn how to get the most enjoyment out of your telescope, or provide you with information and demonstrations about manty types of telescopes. There is a lot to see in the night sky, and here is a great way to learn to see more of it.

Cost is $10 for an individual, $25 for a family of four. This workshop is recommended for ages 8 and above.
