Suspects Arraigned in Double Homicide at Owosso Walmart [VIDEO]

Michigan State Police have identified the men they believe responsible for the double homicide that took place Friday (1/27) in the parking lot of the Owosso Walmart.

Brothers Otis Smith and Anthony Holloway, both of Grand Rapids were arraigned via video this morning (1/31) from the Shiawassee County Courthouse. Both men have been charged with felony murder, armed robbery and conspiracy.

WNEM reports both men are jailed without bond.
