School Bus Driver Will Not Be Charged With Neglect After Teens Beat Up Boy [VIDEO]

Video of a fight that broke out on a Florida school bus in July shows three 15-year old boys beating up a 13-year-old student. The bus driver, 64-year-old John Moody, has been under investigation since the July 9th incident because reports say he did little to stop the altercation.

Moody is reported to have stopped the vehicle and notify dispatch, but made no attempt to intervene.

Now authorities are ruling that Moody's action, or lack thereof, can't be deemed as neglect.
