Rochester Hills Mayor Fires Back at Madonna After Diss [VIDEO]

When Madonna characterized residents of Rochester Hills by calling them "basic and provincial thinking people," mayor Bryan Barnett simply couldn't let it pass.

He penned an open letter to the Material Girl, and not only defended the city, but invited her to visit the Detroit suburb in order to see how things have changed since she lived there.
