Robert Downey Jr., dressed as Tony Stark, delivered an Iron Man arm to a little boy who was born with a deformity. 7-year-old Alex loves superheroes and riding his bike. He was born with a partially developed right arm. Pair him up with a college student who builds, and then donates, bionic limbs to children around the world.
