We all have our favorite restaurants for our favorite foods, but that is in no way related to how the business operates on the inside. If you are looking for a job in a local restaurant it might be a good idea to check out this list. Recently, a group called Restaurant Opportunities Centers United produced a guide that looks inside the restaurant industry from the worker's perspective. It's purpose is to let patrons know how poorly the staff at these restaurants are treated.

The guide ranks the restaurants on a number of different areas, like does the restaurant pay a minimum wage to their tipped and non-tipped workers? Do they give sick pay? Is there a chance of advancement? The restaurants on the list might surprise you.  You’d be surprised at some of the establishments made the list.

Let’s take a look at just some of the worst restaurants for employees.

Applebee’s

Baskin-Robbins

Buffalo Wild Wings

California Pizza Kitchen

Cheesecake Factory

Cold Stone Creamery

Denny’s

Dominos

Friendly’s (ironic, isn’t it?)

Hooters

IHOP

Morton’s Steakhouse

Olive Garden

Panera Bread

Red Lobster

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Starbucks

TGI Friday’s

Uno Chicago Grill

Zaxby’s

I frequent a number of these places, and you probably do too. Here is the full guide. Now, you have to decide if your favorite food is worth going back to get from employees that are treated so poorly.
