The Detroit Red Wings, down 3-0 in their series with the San Jose Sharks, fought their way back from that deficit to force a game seven in their Western Conference Semifinal with a 3-1 win in game six last night. Valtteri Filppula scored the go-ahead goal late in the third period and Darren Helms finished it off with an empty-net goal to seal the win. The two teams will face off in game seven on Thursday night in San Jose.  Game time 9pm. Only three teams in NHL history have rebounded from a 3-0 deficit to win a seven game series. The Wings hope to make history Thursday night as number four.
