MTV Reminds People that the Flint Water Crisis is NOT Over [VIDEO]

It's the number one question we get from people when we travel: that's over, right? NO. 

Thank you, MTV, for putting this out there. In the last year, we've traveled to Washington, Tennessee, Iowa, Canada and Illinois, and everybody has said to us, "Oh, so the water is fixed in Flint, right?"

No. It's not.

We've said it before and we'll say it again: just because the celebrities, politicians and media have left, it doesn't mean that the problem is fixed. Quite the contrary, actually. Hundreds of people in the city cooked their Thanksgiving dinners with bottled water, like our friend and former coworker Melissa.
