Mom Ticketed After Two-Year-Old Son Urinates On Sidewalk [VIDEO]

Really! Philadelphia doesn't have any bigger crime issues? Caroline Robboy is a little upset after receiving a $50 ticket and a parenting lecture by a police officer after her 2-year-old son urinated on the sidewalk. Here's what happened.This 2 year old was with his mom, siblings and grandparents.  They had dinner and then went into a clothing store.  Two of the boys had to go potty but the store would not let them use their restroom.  They started back the 5 blocks to the restaurant but the 2 year old couldn't make it.  His mom said "go in the grass".  He did and a cop handed the mom a $50 dollar ticket for public urination.  Really?  That seems crazy to me!  What do yo think?
