Mid-Michigan Couple Uses Bottle Return Scam to Embezzle $50,000 [VIDEO]

It's not an episode of Seinfeld. Police say Deana and Jerry LaBean stole about $10,000 from a Pinconning grocery store, 10 cents at a time.

The couple is accused of turning in bottle deposit slips multiple times. They're also charged with contributing to the delinquency of children, because they got their own kids involved in the scheme.

WNEM reports the couple is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
