Madonna could probably afford to live just about anywhere she wants. This sprawling mansion once owned by the Material Girl herself is on the market for a whopping $18.9 million.

Shhh! Don't tell Madonna she's originally from Michigan. The Like a Virgin singer is apparently not fond of her heritage and has little regard for her youth, growing up in the Detroit suburb of Rochester Hills.
Guests of Madonna's family vineyard and winery in Northern Michigan are supposedly instructed not to utter Madonna's name and there's no mention of her on the establishment's website. However, Madonna has, in recent months paid tribute to her aging father online, saying she was inspired by his unfaltering work ethic.
Madonna's Former Hollywood Home
Today, you have the opportunity to live where Madonna once slept. Oh, if those walls could talk.
The sprawling home is said to be one of the most significant Spanish estates ever built in Southern California. According to the listing, it overlooks Los Angeles with breathtaking views of Lake Hollywood and the iconic Hollywood sign.
The Material Girl's former abode features nine bathrooms, six bathrooms, grand fireplaces, and even a vintage wood-paneled elevator.
As you'd expect, the outside is adorned with fountains, rose gardens, sculpted hedges, and a lap pool.
Real Talk: It's a Bit Gaudy
While I understand that this 10,000-square-foot mansion is full of history and its architecture is beautiful (check out the spectacular spiral staircase in the photos below), I have to say the interior is rather garish. Scroll through the pictures and take a look at the bedrooms - you'll see exactly what I mean.
