Michigan School Exec on Leave After comparing Cheer Team to Strippers [VIDEO]
A school official in Farmington Hills is on paid leave after saying her school's cheer team looked like strippers during a recent pep rally.
Angela Leach who is the assistant principal at Farmington Harrison High School has since apologized for the remark but some parents claim the comment is in line with systemic mistreatment of black students at the school.
In a letter to parents, superintendent George Heitsch said the school plans to investigate the incident and plans to take proactive measures to prevent this type of incident in the future.
