He said that he wanted the kids to know that there are other people "who care out there."

The owner of Backdoor BBQ, Lloyd Nelson, was in the checkout line at a Kent County Walmart buying buns and supplies when he struck up a conversation with two teenagers. The teens were fighting about who was going to pay for their items.

Lloyd chimed in and offered to pay for their purchase...and then asked their grandma if he could buy them each a pair of shoes.

Their grandma obliged, saying that it wasn't on their list that day but now they don't have to get them. His good deed has gone viral.
