Well isn't that just the best use of an empty space?!

The estate of world-famous Cadillac dealer Don Massey was just hanging out for sale for the last year, waiting for the right buyer to come along. And they did.

The $3.5 million mansion will be used as a living facility for adults with autism. The Living and Learning Enrichment Center has purchased the property and is crowdfunding to pay it off within three years - it's called Operation Independence.

The property is surrounded by condos and apartments, and the adults will live in those and use the mansion for job training. Several small businesses (like an Alpaca farm and a doggie daycare) will be built on the property, and the heated three-car garage will be used as a family therapy center.

Love love LOVE this! Great job!
