Michigan City Brings Christmas Early for 5-Year-Old With Cancer

His mom thinks it'll be his last Christmas, so his community is making it extra special.

5-year-old Peyton Dennis was diagnosed earlier this year with a rare but aggressive form of brain cancer. He lives in Ionia with his family, and the entire city is rallying around him.

Christmas is his favorite holiday and, after a young lady saw his story on the news, she decided to spearhead a movement to get the entire community to bring Christmas early to Peyton.

People from all over the state and country have been sharing pictures of early Christmas decorations on his Facebook page.

The local police department is also taking an active role in encouraging people to get their Christmas lights up early for Peyton.
