Meet Goldie! It’s ‘Adopt A Senior Pet Month’ with AJ’s Animals

As the owner of a senior pet myself, I can 100% attest to how wonderful it is to own an older animal, and that's why you should scoot on over to the Humane Society of Genesee County to meet Goldie!

Goldie is a 10-year-old domestic short-hair who currently resides at the Humane Society of Genesee County. She was surrendered by her owner, who was having health problems themselves. She's about 11.5 pounds of pure love and snuggles, and she's ready to be your lap cat!

The staff at the HSGC says that she is a very sweet and outgoing girl who loves to explore, and also loves to just hang out with you. Goldie is located in Tabby Town and her adoption fee is $25.

If you're interested in Goldie, you can give the HSGC a call at 810-744-0511 and set up an appointment. Visitors are limited to two per appointment and masks are required. You definitely want to set up a meet and greet so you can spend some time with Goldie in one of their private rooms!

Goldie arrived at the humane society just before Halloween, and we'd love to see her get into her furrrever retirement home for the holidays. She'll warm up your lap while you watch Christmas movies in front of the fire!
