You may have heard that the requirements to enter the gubernatorial race in Kansas are rather flexible, as six teenagers have thrown their hats in the ring. In fact, the rules are so malleable that a dog has entered the race.

Meet Angus.

Angus' owner Terran Woolley says his pooch would make a good governor.

"I do believe that he is a caring, nurturing individual who cares about the best for humanity and all creatures other than squirrels,” Woolley said.
