Man Gets a Justin Bieber Tattoo – But Is It Real?

TMZ scored a photo of a suspiciously happy dude who apparently got a Justin Bieber tattoo.

Now, something tells us that anytime now we'll find out that this is Photoshop fake. Or, it's a viral marketing campaign for Justin Bieber's face. Or, this guy just really likes Justin Bieber - not that there's anything wrong with that.

That said, alcohol (or other substances) can make you do some weird things.
