The Twitter plate police went nuts on the department store and they responded.

Twitter user @alieward took to the social media platform yesterday to complain about dinner plates that were being sold at Macy's department stores. The plates had different circular portions on them, ranging from "mom jeans" to "skinny jeans." They also featured plates that differentiated between "food coma" and "foodie."

Apparently, that's considered fat shaming and Macy's responded.

I mean, I'm not losing sleep over dinner plates. Sorry 'bout it. What do YOU think? Are they "offensive?"
