Lea Michele + ‘Glee’ Cast Dedicate Their 2013 Teen Choice Awards to Cory Monteith [Video]

'Glee' won the 2013 Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Show Comedy, with their star Lea Michele nabbing a surfboard of her own for Choice TV Star Comedy. The cast took their opportunity in the spotlight to dedicate their awards to the late Cory Monteith, as well as to their supporters following his death.

Amber Riley gushed, "He loved you Gleeks, and he loves his fans." Jenna Ushkowitz added, "We know Cory would have wanted to dedicate this to you as well, so thank you guys."

Lea Michele smiled through her tears and came onstage on her own.

"I just wanted to be here today to personally thank all of you and tell all of you how much your love and support has meant to me over these past difficult few weeks," she stammered. "For those of you who loved Cory as much as I did ... his incredible talent, his handsome smile ... Whether you knew him as Cory or just as Finn Hudson, he'll stay forever in our hearts. Thank you so much."
