US Officials Say Lance Armstrong Lied to Oprah [VIDEO]

Lance Armstrong's tell-all confession to Oprah Winfrey may have just been another set of lies, according to government officials. The US Anti-Doping Agency says Armstrong may not have told the whole truth about his doping.

Of course, one is not exactly under oath when speaking to Oprah.

Travis Tygart, head of the USADA, spoke to Scott Pelley about Armstrong's alleged lack of truthfulness. Here's a preview of that interview, which airs tomorrow (1/27) on '60 Minutes.'
