Kidnapped Woman Slips Note Inside Rent Money to Arrange Escape [VIDEO]

A Kansas woman being held against her will engineered an escape plan by slipping a note in with her rent payment. The unidentified kidnapped woman was freed when a maintenance man said he needed to enter the apartment to address a water leak.

Mychael Reyes tells KMBC the woman's captor was sitting on the couch as he carried out the plan.
