Keith Urban Sings to Ohio Fan at her Hospice Bedside

Oh lawdy. Get the tissues out for this one.

We had the pleasure of working in country radio for four years before we came to Flint. We never got to meet him, but we always heard that superstar Keith Urban is great to his fans...and then THIS story came out.

Marissa English is 25-years-old and already on hospice care. She was born with an inoperable cyst on her brain, scoliosis and cerebral palsy. She's also a Keith Urban superfan.

For obvious reasons, she couldn't make it to his show in Toledo on Thursday night, so nurses reached out via social media. And he actually SHOWED UP.

He came before the show and sang to Marissa at her bedside and took pictures with her. At the show, he dedicated it to her and even mentioned her family and nurses.

Doesn't take much to make somebody's day, right?
