Justin Bieber Has a New Look

If you didn't know by now, Justin Bieber actually got a haircut. He claims he wanted to change his look and thinks it makes him look more mature.  He was on set filming a video with Rascal Flatts when he got the haircut. The hair that was cut is actually going to be used to raise money for some charities. Do you like his new look? Do you care he got a haircut? I think it looks terrible!
