I love Jon Stewart for so many reasons; his wit, his timing, and his sense of humor. But what I love most about Jon, especially lately, is that he doesn't hold back. Last night, instead of taking the day's news and writing clever jokes about what's going on the world, he had nothing prepared.

Whatever respect I had for Stewart doubled last night. I wanted to jump out of bed and give him a standing ovation. Why doesn't he run for president? Check out his powerful opening monologue regarding the tragedy at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston.
