Before closing and being demolished, State Lanes Bowling Alley in Saginaw Township was the go-to spot for families and bowlers of all levels for nearly 60 years.

State Lanes Bowling Alley closed its doors for good on June 1st, 2018, after the owners could no longer afford to keep it open. The community hoped investors would swoop in at some point and resurrect the bowling alley, which first opened in 1959, but unfortunately, that never happened.
