Inside a High-Cost $7K/Month Apartment in Birmingham
Remember back in the day when you could find a decent one-bedroom apartment in Michigan for $450? Yeah, those days are long gone.
These days, it's a real challenge to find anything to rent for under $1,000. It's a little easier here in Genesee County compared to Oakland County where apartment prices are through the roof.
While prices are high all over Michigan, you'll find some of the highest in Birmingham.
The apartment you're about to see is a whopping $7,000 a month. For a 12-month lease which is required to rent this place, it'll cost you about 84,000 to live here for one year.
Apartment Listing
Birmingham living at its finest! Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with a spacious laundry room, plenty of storage, and a soaking tub. Located on the corners of Forest and Elm Streets. Our lofts include bamboo flooring, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a covered parking space.
While it's a very nice apartment and currently off the market, it sure doesn't look like it's worth $7K a month. However, you again have to take into consideration its location...Birmingham, Michigan.
I don't understand how anyone could afford to pay that for an apartment. I mean, I get that someone wealthy could easily rent this, it just seems like such an insane cost per month.
Take a look below at the photos and tell us if you think this apartment is worth its rental price. It's nice, but not $7,000 a month nice.
