Students have the option to submit their stories anonymously or speak in person to a yearbook staff member.

The 64-member yearbook staff has decided to include a 10-page spread on mental illness. The upperclassmen said that now is a good time to start addressing the "growing issue" of mental health with teens.

Students can anonymously fill out a form and submit it, or they can choose to sit down with yearbook staff for an interview. The spread will cover 10 pages when the book is published in May.

Kudos, kids! I wish that mental illness would have been spoken about when I was a teenager, but it's never too late to start!
