One of the largest oil refineries in the country is here in the Midwest. And due to a malfunction on their end, you can expect to pay for it on your end. I put just a few bucks in my car around 1pm at $2.67 per gallon. I decided to later fill up at the same gas station and had to do a double take when I looked at the price: $2.99?!?
