The Encore Drive-In Nights series that was a huge hit last summer as fans scrambled to get their concert fix, is returning for another run this year.

Kicking things off, Bon Jovi has announced their brand new drive-in experience slated for May 22. The big never-before-seen concert is set to be broadcast at venues around the world. The shoe is on tap to play at approximately 300 drive-in and outdoor theaters across the United States, Canada and Ireland, and in some select indoor cinemas.

Last years Encore Drive-In Nights featured shows by Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Metallica and Kane Brown. Fans coast to coast embraced the chance to have a little of that summer concert experience. The success of last year has brought the series back around for 2021.

Bon Jovi confirmed news of the concert on his Twitter Monday announcing it will be the band's first ever drive-in performance.

Encore Drive-In Nights’ website states tickets for the concert start at $68 per vehicle, with the price covering up to six people. Tickets go on sale this week. Pre-sale for The JBJ Experience members is Wednesday April 28.. Public tickets will be on sale this Thursday April 29.

There will be 8 Michigan drive-ins featuring the concert including Flint's US 23-Drive-in. It will also play at two indoor theaters in Lansing and Brighton.
