Flint Firebirds Game Schedule Update/Ticket Info for This Week

The Flint Firebirds are back in action at the Dort Financial Center this weekend.

The Firebirds were back in action last night against the Guelph Storm and picked up another win. The 5-4 victory finished off the eight-game road trip and they will return to home ice this weekend.

As with the last few weeks, several games scheduled this week in the Ontario Hockey League have been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols. The Flint Firebirds were supposed to host the Soo Greyhounds, but unfortunately, those games have been postponed. Instead, you can expect to see the following games at Dort Financial Center this Friday and Saturday:

Friday, January 21st, 2022 VS. Saginaw Spirit
- Dort Financial Center
- Game starts at 7 pm
Saturday, January 22nd, 2022 VS. Kitchener Rangers
- Dort Financial Center
- Game starts at 7 pm

If you have tickets to one of these games or season tickets, this is what you can expect:

Friday, January 21st VS. Saginaw Spirit
- Season tickets for the originally scheduled 1/21/22 game vs. the Soo Greyhounds will be used for this game.
- Individual tickets purchased for the originally scheduled 1/21/22 game vs. the Soo Greyhounds will remain valid.
Saturday, January 22nd VS. Kitchener Rangers
- Season tickets for the originally scheduled 1/12/22 game are to be used for this game.
- Individual tickets purchased for the originally scheduled 1/12/22 game are to be used for this game.
- Tickets from the January 22nd game against the Soo Greyhounds (now postponed) can also be redeemed for tickets to this game.

What is going on with Firebirds Fight Hunger Month?

Now that the Firebirds are back on home ice, Firebirds Fight Hunger Month will continue during Saturday's game against the Kitchener Rangers. Fans that bring a minimum of five non-perishable food items will receive a free ticket to the game. All can drive tickets already redeemed for the January 12th game will also be valid for Saturday's game.

***Tickets redeemed from can drives for the January 5th and January 8th games are not valid.
