Flint Community Group Works to Top City’s Effort to Replace Lead Service Lines [VIDEO]
Flint Coalition began its work digging up lead service lines in the city of Flint a full 24 hours before any city-sanctioned crew.
Dr. Jawad Shah tells WNEM his group's efforts are funded entirely by donations.
"I see us as one voice. I don't believe that we are the voice of the city, I think we are one voice and we want to add the different wonderful voices to try advocate for the city," Shah said.
