Turns out, goofy dads like Homer Simpson of "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy's" Peter Griffin didn't fare so well - they tied for second place behind Ray Barone, the funny but bumbling dad on "Everybody Loves Raymond" who was named TV's goofiest dad.

Just in time for Father's Day, TiVo asked viewers to pick the smartest dads, and Cameron Tucker from "Modern Family" was named "TV's Most-Brilliant Modern TV Dad." Cam and new dad Jim Halpert from "The Office" were noted for their clever wit, and dedication to family.
"Most-Brilliant Classic TV Dad" honors go to Cliff Huxtable of "The Cosby Show," while he and Tim Taylor from "Home Improvement" were voted the dads that are most like viewers' real dads.
