Family Suing LandLord Over Haunted House

When it comes to haunted houses, I'm not one to jump at the chance to look at one or watch any of those shows on TV because the thought of them freaks me out. One family who recently moved into their home experienced paranormal activity and is now suing the landlord. 

The family says lights were always flickering, doors were opening and closing and they said they even record voices whispering things. I would be freaked out also if this was happening, so I don't blame them for leaving. The landlord doesn't buy it and thinks the family can't afford rent so they're trying to get out of the lease.
