Having your car towed is a frustrating ordeal, but this is NOT the way to handle it...especially if you work in the media. CAUTION: NSFW language in the video.

ESPN reporter Britt McHenry tweeted on April 6th that her car was towed while she was out to dinner. She has since deleted the tweet. Ironically, a week later, a video has surfaced showing McHenry berating an employee of the towing company that was holding her car.

Yesterday aftenroon, McHenry issued an apology:

In an intense and stressful moment, I allowed my emotions to get the best of me and said some insulting and regrettable things. As frustrated as I was, I should always choose to be respectful and take the high road. I am so sorry for my actions and will learn from this mistake.

I love it so much when celebrities play the "Do you know who I am" card. That's my favorite. ESPN announced that McHenry has been suspended for a week for "vile behavior."
