20-year-old Jaylon Kerley was arraigned yesterday after being arrested on Sunday for a video that was posted on Friday. Got all that?

The video shows him working at a food stand at Comerica Park during a Tigers game and spitting into the sauce of a pizza he was about to serve.

He's being charged with a 4-year felony for food violations and a misdemeanor, which could carry 90-days in jail. His bond was set at $10,000.

He plead not guilty. Even though there's a VIDEO OF HIM SPITTING INTO A PIZZA. He's also being tested for Hepatitis A.
