Charlie Sheen Is Off The Hook Again

Charlie Sheen won't be charged with crime for his breakdown at the Plaza Hotel.  The girl he was with that night filed a police report, accusing Charlie of assault and batterym and says she locked herself in the bathroom while Charlie was freaking out. But the NYPD says no arrests were made and the case is now closed.  I think at this point people aren't surprised by Charlie's behavior because this is his thing.  He parties all the time, goes to rehab for a bit and then repeats the pattern.  This is what everyone expects out of Charlie.  He started the year off going to jail after fighting with his wife over Christmas but will now end the year not being charged for his crazy hotel night.  What resolutions will Charlie make for next year?  Let's see how long he actually stays out of trouble.
