We've all had conversations that are meant to be kept private, intended for a specific person or group of people. Obviously, the topic of conversation would be much different if you were talking to a nun or priest than it would if you were talking to an old drinking buddy.

That being said, in today's world laced with technology you never know who's listening because you're virtually never alone. There are cameras and microphones everywhere. Remember the guy who but-dialed 911 while talking about making a drug deal? Yup, he was busted.

Police in Austin, Texas have begun an investigation into a video that surfaced on YouTube last Thursday. The video was allegedly recorded on May 24, and posted October 30th, was obtained by Drew Gibbs, an attorney in Austin.

The video is from a police dash-cam, and you can hear two officers having a conversation.  At one point, one of the officers said "Look at that girl," blows his whistle, the says, "Go ahead, call the cops! They can't un-rape you." The Police Department is trying to determine if the video is authentic.

Whether they knew they were being recorded or not, do you expect this kind of talk from police while on duty... or anyone for that matter?
