All it takes is a quick swab of the cheek to find out if you can save this little boy's life.

Rowan was diagnosed with leukemia when he was just a year old. He and his family thought that they had beat it, until they saw some bruising. After several tests, they were told that the leukemia was back in his spinal column AND his bone marrow. His younger sister, Winnie, is winning her battle against neuroblastoma, so the family is staying positive.

Rowan's best shot at a second chance at life is through a bone marrow transplant. And, to find a matching donor, his family is holding a bone marrow drive this Saturday in Vassar.

If you're interested, it only takes a few minutes. You can stop at the Vassar Victory Center on Saturday, September 9th from 9 AM until 2 PM. They'll do a quick swab of your cheek and ask for your contact information.

Here's the Facebook event page if you're interested. Let's hope somebody is a match - this family surely deserves it!
