Along with letting people know his true first name, Ashton Kutcher had some pretty sound advice for not only teens, but for everyone.

Kutcher (who's first name is really Chris) was on hand at the Teen Choice Awards and when giving an acceptance speech took time to talk about working hard, being smart, and advice given to him by the late Steve Jobs.
