Burton Police have made an arrest in connection with a suspicious barn fire that killed 10 horses.Reports say police are seeking animal cruelty and arson charges against a juvenile, who was arrested Thursday.The fire at Midnite Sun Training Center happened Wednesday morning.This is the third fire at the property in less than a month.
