The timing couldn't suck more! If you're planning a cookout this Memorial Day weekend, check your meat first.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a recall for about 62,000 pounds of raw meat because of E. Coli concerns.

The raw meat was packaged on April 19, 2019, in Aurora, Illinois and shipped nationwide.

According to an announcement on the USDA's website, the products in question show establishment number “EST. 788” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Most of the 40 recalled products are cuts of steak, brisket, and ribs.

No illnesses related to the recalled products have been reported.
